“I decided a short while back that this spring I would take a road trip through my native state of Colorado fly-fishing in route. I found the Three Rivers Resort listing online and it seemed to fit my needs perfectly. I booked four nights and yes, it was perfect! Beautiful, clean riverside cabin with everything I needed to relax, fix my own meals, and venture out each day to fish.I can't wait to return next year!Thank you Three Rivers Resort!”

It was clean, beautifully appointed and decorated, well-stocked with everything we could possibly need (kitchen utensils, firewood, water, toiletries) and the beds were ultra-comfy. The setting was awesome--very private, yet only an easy 5-10 minute drive from town. Kathy and Scott were attentive and available if needed (they weren't needed), but not intrusive or "annoying" in any way. We have actually not yet met them in person, though we would……

“Arguably one of the best properties I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in, The Gem truly lives up to its name. Location-wise, it can’t be beat. Easily walkable to Main St and less than a block away from an incredible park and playground, our 2.5 year old was in heaven. After two days of adventuring, we didn’t have to use the car for the remainder of our stay because we could truly walk everywhere we needed or wanted to go. “This home was outstanding! The beautiful view of the mountains and the fall colors were breathtaking. The property was visited daily by a herd of 15 mule deer that grazed and bedded down for the night just yards away from the house. A badger and some bunnies were also hanging around. The home was comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped.
