“Our Yosemite vacation rental exceeded our expectations. We didn't think we'd need it, but the on-site washer/dryer proved very useful after our full day hikes. And for a parent like me with a child with dietary restrictions, I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The prime location within the park itself immersed us in nature and saved us time so we could maximize our Yosemite experience. Our kids loved the loft area. “Even a bit nicer than the photos! The beds are super comfy, the place was spotless, we cooked huge meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The BBQ had propane, there were hand juicers, and three different ways to make coffee. We walked in and were very happy with the booking. “Lisa’s property is located about 20 minutes from Yosemite Valley. VRBO provides detailed instructions so far as directions and accessing and using the property. It is in nice condition aside from a couple of funky faucets that could use a plumber’s attention. We found it very comfortable and well furnished. Everything works and Lisa provided all the linens, plates, cooking supplies etc we needed. She is extremely responsive. We mentioned needing a couple of items and adjustment of the heat and……

“We have stayed at Yosemite West at least 6 other times, booking through other listing agents. Never had any issues. We are always 100% satisfied and happy with everything.. Not so much this time through VRBO/Vacasa. #1. There is no phone in the unit. There are signs all over that tell you a number to call with issues, but that number is to an out of state place... not someone local to deal with anything.. AND - since there is no cell reception.. and no phone... the only way to deal with any……
