“This is a very nice place in a quiet neighborhood. It's about 35 minutes' walk away from the Cusco main square and far from the busy touristy place. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was pretty good. It's only 5-10 minutes CAB / Uber ride away from the main square.”

“Das Zimmer war sehr schlecht isoliert, unter der Eingangstür 1cm Spalt, an den Fenstern ein paar Millimeter, es hat durchgezogen. Wir haben die Bettdecke an die Tür gelegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, brachte einen extra elektronischen Heizkörper. Im Bad könnt man damit leider nicht heizen, da gab es keine Steckdose, also immer nach dem Duschen frieren, hab mich direkt erkältet. Vom Hotel wurde eine Abholung am Flughafen für uns organisiert, das hat hervorragend geklappt! ”

“Near the airport. Very clean and spacious. Staff members are kind. WiFi was Ok. Sometimes it wont work but they have several you can switch. Water heater needs to improve. We are used to cold water but Cusco is very very cold. And hot water would be nice. ”

“Good location very near the main square. Beautiful and cozy room. There’s even a jacuzzi. Very professional service from Angela/Harry/ the front desk team, trying to arrange and fulfill all our requests. They even offered us packed breakfast when I told them we plan to leave early for day trips. Overall one of the best hotel during my trip in South America and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers. ”

“Our experience was not great. The hotel advertised free transportation between the hotel and the airport, but this is not the case and they simply direct you to take a taxi. Our room was very clean, however things were not well organized: on going downstairs for breakfast the first morning, the young man at the front desk did not understand us due to the language barrier, and then scrambled to put some buns on a plate and hot water for tea once it was understood that we wanted our included……
