“I am really not sure why this is just a three star resort. It is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, we stayed on the fourth floor and it even had a frig. The breakfast is nothing with nothing but they had great coffee and made fresh eggs. The location is also good - close to the center but not noisy. The only thing that annoyed me was the lack of elevators. Hiking up to the fourth floor in Cuzco is not pleasant!”

“If you arrival from Lima, should minimum to change USD 100 to Sol for taxi fare otherwise, you need to wait to SIX O'clock after money exchange shop was opened. Catched a taxi from airport to Hostal from Sol. 40 lowered to Sol. 25 after long negotiation at several airprot counter. Taxi only can arrived to the near plaza area lower of the Hostal as construction job was performed on the upper road. In early morning, garbage tuck and garbages were placed on the road, when you are holding a big……

“Everything is at the average level except the showering. We got problem of the hot water, which was unstable and the staff could not help. Which was at the midnight 12. Room is a bit old but clean . Breakfast is just common and nothing special. ”

“This was a lovely property. The staff was excellent and very helpful with ways to acclimate to the altitude. We got great restaurant recommendations and directions around the San Blas area of Cusco. The only issue was that our room faced a small courtyard area that had very bright fluorescent or LED lighting until 10 or 11 at night that the blackout curtains couldn't quite mask.”

“The staff is SUPER friendly! NIce breakfast included and if needed it will be delivered to your room. They will even make a lunch box when leaving early for a tour. Although the hotel is up on the hill about 10 mins walk down to the main square, Plaza de Armas, I opted to take a UBER back up. The room was clean, bed comfortable.”

“They offerred very spacious suite twin room with 4 double bed for us. Actually I booked and paid for twin room only. The room and bed was clean and comfort. The staff are very helpful and nice. Even I came back to collect my suitcases after checking out for 3 days, they still show their kindness and help. Also, very good breakfast was available.”
