“The description of YURAQTAMPU house is a little bit deceiving - It's listed as 2 baths but there is only one shower with hot water. In fact, only one bathroom has hot water, not the other nor the kitchen. 4 bedrooms are spacious, but only one of them has a window. The noise from the street in the morning may be a little too much for a light sleeper plus there is a dog who barks in the morning and we were not able to sleep past 7 am. “We loved this place. It met all our needs. It is cute. It is an old building but that just makes it cooler. Thick stone walls and wooden log ceiling. It is small for a house but bigger than a hotel room. Easily slept our family of 5. It has 4 comfortable beds, a kitchen, bathroom and living room with a tv. It was clean and comfortable. “The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. ”

“The property is a home away from home! It has everything you need. It was nice to sit around a fire at night and just have conversation with the family! Bruno, Charley and Flora were all great! They helped organize transportation, start fires and make meals if desired. Always in communication made our stay stress free. The car available (for a fee and manual) made getting around the sacred valley easy. Always look for parking garages/lots prior to setting out for the day to make driving less……

“This is a beautiful, spacious, multi-level property in a great location in Cusco. The cleaners came several times during our stay (offered to come everyday) and someone came every night to start a fire in the fireplace as it gets cool in the evenings. We enjoyed interacting with them, despite the language barrier. Laundry service is available for a very reasonable fee, for which we were very thankful. “Incredible scenery, tucked in between the mountains of Peru. Hugo has a wonderful home. Lots of space with a fenced in yard, swing set and cabana. We enjoyed every inch of the space. Full kitchen was great for cooking and eating dinner in. The cabana was warm and bright in the morning sun for having breakfast. Their distance from town is far enough way for a quiet night's sleep, and close enough to walk into town if you're feeling adventurous! Heated showers were a welcomed feature. ”

“This house was fantastic for our family of 10. Fernando helped so much! We loved our housekeeper/ cooks that he arranged for us. The dogs and beautiful yard kept our children occupied during a 2 day strike when we couldn’t go anywhere. We are so glad we had since a central location for Sacred Valley tours. "The hotel was very clean, and the accommodations were comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept very well. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and attentive. Since the evenings in Cusco can be quite cold, we informed the staff, and they immediately brought us a portable heater—such a thoughtful touch! The hotel also provides drinking water, complimentary drinks, and small cookies, which was a lovely bonus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco! 😊 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
