“Unfortunately this property needs a redo. There were many issues including the bathroom door didn’t close, the microwave was gross, and the TV didn’t work. Also, there was a bar next door with loud music.i don’t recall seeing this on the listing. Cannot recommend this resort.”

“If you like fishing, boating, and swimming, this is the place for you. The property is very safe and quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here when staying in the Florida Keys. ”

“Property was too close to the highway to enjoy the view/balcony. Also at 10:00 we were told to leave NOW as the cleaning crew was coming. Or there would be a charge for every two minutes that they had to wait outside. Even though check out was 11:00 AM. Definitely won't be staying there again! ”

“Our stay was great! The description is accurate. We enjoyed our 6 Mid-March days at "Cozy Perfect Conch Cottage." Yes, it's technically camping, but it's very NICE camping...in a campground...but a very NICE campground. The bed we used (there were only 2 of us) was super comfortable. The WiFi worked great. It was awesome having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The towels were plentiful, soft and luxurious. Linens were also very soft and comfortable. Everything needed for basic cooking was……

“The property lacked hygiene and maintenance. There was bicycles and also fishing rods, but both not working. You can tell that they didn’t maintain things properly and were there but in very bad condition.”

“We started our trip by spending two nights in key west but also wanted to spend in a less populated are to experience the more nature oriented part of the keys. The RV was clean and convenient to the overseas highway and the National Key Deer Refuge. There were no problems with our stay.”
