「The rooms including the en suite facilities are finished to a high standard. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide choice of items available. The dinner menu also offered a good and varied choice of quality food. Staff were very pleasant and always happy to help. My second stay and I will have no hesitation of staying again」

「We have stayed here before several times but this time was really disappointing. We booked an accessible room but on arrival we were told this wasn't available and we were on the first floor. It was fortunate my operation for a knee replacement was postponed or I wouldn't have managed the stairs (no lift). The first floor room was stifling as it was during the ongoing heatwave. 「This was our first time staying at a hotel that wasn't staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodations were very modern. Plenty of hot water. Easy access to both train and bus stations. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet. We didn't hear street noise. Stairs are steep, as others have noted.
