"Great Staff. Convenient location. "

"This is a condo type property which was great for a week stay. All check-in info was sent in advance electronically (they call it "move-in" as if you are moving into an apartment). There's a code (or an App) to enter the building, to use the elevator and another to enter the suite. Full kitchen plus laundry in the suite. It was conveniently located with a nice restaurant on the block and a coffee/bakery in it too. There is a grocery and pharmacy 1.5 blocks away (same direction as beer garden), a nice liquor store in the same complex and a nice beer garden on the next block. I felt safe walking around the streets. There was someone at a desk on site to assist e.g., for Uber Eat or grocery deliveries. There are cubes on main floor that can be used for business purposes. It's about 10-12 minute walk to Union Station"
