“Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. There is some slight noise from upstairs on occasion, but nothing disruptive or disturbing of sleep. The……

“Parking lot was dark the night that git there. It made it hard to the unit and to see the key pad.”

The guests above us didn’t know there was another family staying below so that interaction was awkward, but we became fast friends. The neighborhood on the 4th of July was active and we were able to watch the fireworks from the driveway! ”
