“The apartment was cute and in a good location, but it became clear that the building is still under construction and not yet completed. The elevator being not operational yet meant hauling luggage up four flights of stairs, which would be manageable if the only staircase wasn’t narrow marble and covered in drywall dust making it slippery and difficult to navigate. “Excellent location and cute place. Not the owners fault, but the elevator was broken and out of commission and this is on the 4th floor. I’m disabled so this added a layer of challenge I wasn’t expecting. It’s also located directly next to the entrance to the 4th floor and it was loud with people coming and going. The condo was well-appointed and I appreciated the level of security in the building. Parking was super easy and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I definitely recommend……
