"The room is very big for Japanese style room. Slightly dated but clean. The staff were very kind and helpful with transportation. The only complaint is the use of the onsen. It was very loud with talking and excessive laughing. People were “swimming” in it and going underwater. Kids were running around. It was not enjoyable and felt other guests did not know how to respect or use the onsen. Did not return to the onsen. "

We had our first Onsen experience here and everything was just so clean and thoughtfully put together. The ambiance of Hakone Fuga in general made us feel welcome and relaxed. The location is only a short taxi ride from the Togendai stop at the Hakone Ropeway. I’ll gladly be coming back here. "
