お部屋も綺麗で内風呂の温泉が非常に気持ち良かったです。ひとつ不満を言えば駐車場から草が凄いのとお部屋の庭が草がすごいのが残念。 お手入れすれば素敵なホテルなので今後に期待します。

It’s a nice stay for family the only point to highlight was the staircase to second level might be a concern for elderly and luggage to be carried. It was clean, spacious with washing machine. All the essential are available. Great stay for 3 nights.

Plenty of space for this apartment for our family of 5. The personal hot spring tub in the toilet is also a first for us (unique) and check-in process was quite easy and seamless. Kitchen was well equipped. As we only stayed for 2 nights I cant comment on housekeeping. On-site parking is available. Only suggestion - would be better if there were more signage to the property as the last stretch of road was gravel road and we were initially not sure about turning in. Overall, would recommend and we would visit again :)

Exceptional stay. The amenities are wonderful. They have a fully stocked kitchen with a rice cooker, oven, hot water kettle, coffee maker, stove, pans, plates, cups etc. The outdoor balcony has an electric grill. There is a spring water bath that can fit 2. This place would be even more amazing in the autumn when the Susuki grass fields are visible. Lawson about 2 min walk away and FamilyMart about 15 mins walk.

キッチンにはひと通りの調理器具が揃っていました。なべ(大中小)、フライパン、ザル、ボウル、おたま、フライ返し、トング等、ストレスなく、自宅同様に調理できました。流しには、スポンジ、食器用洗剤もあり、食洗機用の洗剤も完備されてました。使い捨てダスター、キッチンペーパーもあり、台布巾として使用可能です。食器類も十分にあります。テラスでバーベキューをしましたが、バーベキューグリルは、炭不要なホットプレートタイプでした。火力も強く、短時間で美味しくお肉、野菜を焼くことができました。

First time staying with Rakuten. The check in process was a bit weird at first but overall very easy. You check in on a tablet in the room and then you connect to an operator who finalizes your check in. You get a PIN code to enter the room was… pretty easy. The unit was spotless. Very clean. Had everything you need in the kitchen. The onsen was nice. Only thing missing was a view.

Beautiful room and property! I didn'teave a 5 star review because of how the host handled and incoming Typhoon on our last night there. We called the host to ask if in the event of an emergency we could stay an extra night (and pay for it). The host told us because our room was already booked by another group that we would have to switch rooms - we were fine with that. Because it would be a new booking we wouldn't be able to check into our new room until 3pm. Even though almost all the rooms were vacant. They said we would have to wait for 5 hours after we checked out at 10am before we could check in again at 3pm - all of this is during a potential Typhoon. Thankfully, the typhoon wasn't as bad as expected and we got out early. Hopefully in the event of an actual emergency the host will treat guests with more compassion than we were treated.

The best hotel we’ve stayed in Japan. It’s more like a vacation resort than a hotel. The room is incredibly spacious, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed. Soaking in the private hot spring after a long day of walking, then winding down with a Ghibli movie projected onto the wall, is pure bliss. You can always call the customer service from the room and get responded instantly. I’d like to come back in winter and experience its heated floor.

We stayed in 12 different hotels during our trip to Japan and I think we all agreed this one was our favourite! It’s in such a quiet and beautiful area. The apartments are so new and beautiful. Every detail has been thought of. They are spacious, clean, modern and beautiful! Kitchen is amazing. Could cook full meals there if you wanted to. The beds are big and comfortable with a bed each. One bedroom can be completely closed off from the main living area, which was wonderful. Having a washer/dryer was wonderful and so handy. The beautiful nature view from the balcony was so peaceful and relaxing. But the thing that took it over the top for us was the private onsen. That was hands down the cherry on the top. We all absolutely loved that, using it morning and night. We wanted to come home and install one in our house. The only problem we had with this stay was that check in is done via an iPad (no staff on site) and this is reliant on you having received an email a day or two earlier with access information. We never received that email, so it make check in quite drawn out and tedious as we had to access remote help twice using the central iPad. Frustrating, but we got there. Not sure if maybe that system could be done a little differently. Anyway, other than that it was a fabulous stay and we would most definitely stay here again.
