"This will be our go to hotel when we go back to Tokyo. Everything is convenient. I walk to Ginza and back, the transit system is connected to the hotel and the staff members are great!"

"Very clean room, cleaned daily. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great! Choice of restaurants! Shopping inside hotel lobby! Wedding chapel! Inside and outside walking areas! Family Mart on 2nd floor! Covered taxi and bus area for offloading and pickup! Courteous Umbrella 🌂 use! Across the street Shopping. Within walking distance to the SkyTree. Excellent view from the restaurant on the 24th floor 👌 👍"

"Loved staying here, staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was quite roomy and very quiet. Plenty of shopping around also restaurants for dinner. Staying here made our early departure time easy."

"Location is amazing in the mist of shinjuku! Lots to do around, you would not be bored here. Bath amenities are superb!! The only thing is there’s no lobby, like the check in area is just a desk with a table? Weird front desk, no sense of arrival whatsoever. There’s staff around the front desk area but only appear if you need help? That was kind of odd. Other than that great building lots to do eat with the tower and lively neighborhood. I would stay here again!"

"Great location, within the Sunshine City shopping centre. Close to station and close to other shopping centres. Great food in the area also. Very clean and spacious room for 3 single beds. Staff are quick and efficient in helping with luggage delivery and storage and checkin and checkout. Main thing that was convenient was a Familymart just downstairs next to the hotel lifts. Totally recommend for a family stay."
