“I had to clean the room myself, and bedding were offered to be changed only once in the week. Water in the bathroom strangely stopped and led to usage of a bucket instead. Insects were found in the bathroom and the manager explained it was because he has put a pesticide, so it was normal. All this in top of paying the bill for hydro used in the room (information provided after the room is rented and this is non refundable.
