「Was not overly pleased with my stay, found hair in the bathtub, water spots on the mirror and poor lighting in the room. Only 1 working elevator, and the stairs didn't look like they had vacuumed them in months. The breakfast was mediocre, the eggs were uneditable, sausages were good and there was no other real protein source.」

「It is a comfortable place and you already have everything needed for a short stay. I am absolutely going to return.」

「Parkingnin the back was easier but not direct access to lobby without key」

「早餐一般，沒有讓我們覺得很美味。房間偏小，要全開行李箱困難😓」

「We spent 3 wonderful nights here and loved it.」

「員工態度親切服務好.早餐準備得不錯.客房非常乾淨舒適」

「Clean」

「The Westlake is a wonderful motel to stay at for a few days. It's well maintained, close to dining and shopping. An Exterior entrance is a bonus and the price is reasonable. You'll be glad that you chose this motel.」

「Friendly staff, good breakfast.」

「Great hotel and very convenience」

「It was quiet, the bed and pillows were fabulous. I didn't like that initially I was assigned room 102. Right across the hall from the kitchen and bar. Really!!!??? I immediately told staff it was totally unacceptable. They promptly assigned me room 216...lovely and quiet. I slept great. Thank you. By the way make those rooms across from the kitchen into storage. Not acceptable for a comfortable restful stay.」

「The hotel is under major renovation and is leaking water in the lobby when we checked-in」

「Property was conveniently located for our purpose. It was clean and the staff was helpful. Allowed early check in.」

「The property was fine - perfect for one or two people. Only complaint was the heavy footed people upstairs.」
