“good stay”

“James was very helpful and responsive to messages in timely fashion. Dog friendly. Had anything needed ready for you. Nice facility with nice pool and restaurants. Quiet area. Deer were right by the cabin. Peaceful.”

“We love staying here! Great deck that is little dog friendly. Great location next to the pool, spa and restaurant. We come back every year.”

“Great spot!”

“Place was great and very pet friendly! Beds were comfy! We had dinner at Mel's on the Madison and the food was outstanding!”

“The company that does the booking is called Evolve. This company is difficult to reach, to communicate with and we were unhappy with the lack of understanding we received. The owner contacted us a few times with basic information. The home is in a pod of homes and you can look into other homes windows. The house was clean and bed was fine. Parking was ok but you will get towed if you park on a gravel area closest to the house. It’s not a special place in any way. I wouldn’t be drawn to……

“Very comfortable base for us. Just a couple small things like no ice and ice maker didn't work and there were no wine glasses.”

“Great communication from property owner ”

“Being the first time renting a house this exceeded our expectations. More than enough room for all of us and pet friendly. We will be returning in the future”

“Outstanding place to stay. Convenient to local attractions and food.”

“The pool was a favorite for our kiddos and there were plenty of places for everyone to sleep. The owner was easy to contact and very accommodating.”

“Work well for my stay for a conference and golf.”

“We went to the Gasconade River for a group float last weekend, however we did not want to camp. Instead, we found this charming little guest house in a town we had never heard of. It was perfect! We were close to our friends, but had AC, a clean house and comfortable bed, and we were able to cook a meal. The host left a list of thrift stores in nearby Lebanon and we had a blast. Overall, it was perfect.”

“The place was perfect, it was just my wife and I for a romantic getaway for the weekend. Perfect size. The view of the lake from the deck was perfect as well. The only thing I’d say would be better was maybe having a light on the deck for evenings.”

“Owner lives nearby and was an EXCELLENT host! The neighbors introduced themselves too. Everyone was super friendly! Great time was had by all and left with new friends!”
