「Room was musky and smelled like Mildew. Only had 2 towels when 3 stayed. Ran out of big towels gave us two small towels. Spa and workout room out of service. They feature water park with big slides. We never seen the 2 big slides open. Was told because they didn't have enough life guards. Everyone was very friendly, but was not kept up properly.」

Our room smelled like mildew, there was a large container of damp rid in our eo underneath television, and the ac unit on wall looked to have mold around it. The tv stopped working during the weekend and the bed was not comfortable. I was surprised at the poor quality of the room, we were hit by the smell right away and could not change rooms because hotel full.」

「This place was very underwhelming. When you arrive, the external looks very run down. Tall grass and unkept landscaping, weeds were everywhere! The guy who checked us in was very nice, friendly and accommodating his name was DJ. No one else spoke when you walked into the lobby area. The rooms were clean but outdated and smelled like wet rags. We switched rooms because of how bad the first room smelled and still had to get two air fresheners to place in our room.
