They were all very helpful and kind to me. I miss you all very much. Ross with the cars outside made me feel very welcome. A really kind gentleman. Philip from the concierge was so kind and friendly. Janet in the shop was a really lovely person. A wonderful place to stay. Very close to Downtown and the train station. The Hotel was beautiful and so clean and well kept. I give it 10 out of 10 The reception staff all so friendly and helpful and not forgetting Alicia who helped me a lot. "
