Featuring a fully stocked Kitchen & Bathroom, along peaceful views of our Spa Pool from the dining nook. Conveniently located in the fun-seeking Lower-Greenville / Henderson Ave Area & less than 2 miles from Downtown. Indulge in Dallas' hottest nightlife, craft cocktails & chef inspired eats.

Cozy up in this trendy Dallas apartment; furnished with a plush queen size bed & comfortable sleeper sofa. Also enjoy our cooking and dinning essentials in our fully stocked kitchen. We always welcome every guest with fresh linens and coffee.

Guests have access to an entire apartment & to our relaxing Spa Pool.
Entire apartment available, 24-hour Check-In (anytime after 3pm).
Hosting is our passion; we are available via message or phone.

To accommodate guests with families, guests have access to a Pack N Play, listed as a crib.

Bus stop close by. Located perfectly to see all that Dallas offers.

Small but adequate
Apartment is very small but it served our needs for 1 night. I am glad we did not stay longer since it is so small. But it was clean and quiet. The bed was small (we are used to a king) but it was comfy enough and there were enough blankets. The one thing i really did not like was the couch location and the tv. You would have to sit sideways or turn your head to see the tv. For that reason it just did not feel as "cozy" as i would have liked.

Great stay just a couple of issues
I sure did loved how decorated the place was like! Only issue was that it was so noisy from the upstairs room in which everytime someone was walking you can hear them, I was thinking someone was at the house which was kind of a bother but it’s a appartment issue not the host fault, overall it was a great stay!

Weekend Getaway
Our stay was good. Didn't get the gate code or how to check-in until day of arrival, which was a bit stressful. The bathroom tile and around fan could be clean of slight mold. The floor is very wobbly and uneven. Just glad we were on the ground floor. Decorations were nice and a cute apartment. Good price for what you get.

We booked this property because it was a suite and close to our event. The amenities listed a “sofa bed”, which was desirable, but the sofa did not pull out into a bed and it was hard and uncomfortable. Neighbors above were loud and up all night walking around and talking and we could hear every footstep creaking on the floor above us. We didn’t get much sleep!
