「My stay itself was okay, but the experience around it was frustrating. Check-in was horrible — it took a very long time, and the staff seemed unprepared and overwhelmed. The service overall felt flat and indifferent, with no real warmth or willingness to help. The bigger problem: I mistakenly booked the wrong date, and at check-in the front desk told me to simply book a new reservation for that night and promised they would cancel the erroneous one without charge. I did exactly that and stayed....
