“We loved Barabas and would book again if returning to Bruges. Our host was warm, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, and breakfast had enough choices to make everyone in our group happy. The location and setting are unbeatable. The garden beside the canal is lovely, and you are minutes from all the sites. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Bert.”

“En restaurant som disponerer tre rom fordelt på tre etasjer (uten heis) i samme bygning. Like ved Grote Markt og vanskelig å finne parkering for leiebilen vår. Vi parkerte et stykke unna og spurte verten hva vi skulle gjøre. Han ba oss parkere på fortauet utenfor restauranten for å ta ut bagasjen, deretter kjørte han bilen til parkering - veldig bra. Stort rom, litt mykere seng enn vi liker. Veldig hyggelig vertskap.”

“This is fantastic hotel and the decor is absolutely superb, the bedroom was luxurious and bed huge and comfy, the shower was absolutely fantastic, the staff can not do enough for you. The grounds are secluded garden that has a bathing pool (not heated ) in the centre but the garden is extremely well maintained and they have several patios with very comfy seating and there is a canal at the end of the garden. They also have a wellness centre and a jacuzzi which we didnt try on our stay”

Een fijne locatie om te overnachten: een mooi en rustig pand, goed gelegen (nabij het station, wat voor mij heel belangrijk is), zeer vriendelijke mensen, rijkelijk ontbijt met een gezellige en interessante babbel met Koen. Als ik naar Eeklo trek, is Cambiare voor mij 'the place to be', en ik raad het iedereen aan. ”

“The beautify decorated room Olga served us well. We may stay there again. Some drawbacks limit our rating to 4 stars. Instructions to get a key proved a bit baffling for jet-lagged senior citizens arriving after dark unfamiliar with the system used. Took us while to figure out how to turn on lights in part of the room with switches on the wires on the floor. Even then the bedroom seemed a bit dark at night, which would be wonderful for a romantic encounter, but is a bit of a problem for other……

“Great location, it’s a 15 min walk to old central Bruges. The room is a little small, but comfortable, although some nicer pillows would be good. Be aware the walk up is steep and narrow, like so many European rooms. The breakfast part is a little pricey but nice, I think if you book it in advance you can save a few$. The parking is close, but it’s a tight fit in the garage for anything small suv size or bigger. Overall a great stay.”

“Some friends and I decided to have a quiet girls weekend away for the Christmas markets. This BnB was the perfect place to stay while we enjoyed Bruges. The gentleman who ran it was polite, helpful, informative and went to the trouble of remembering our breakfast and drink preferences. A little Christmas gift was given on check out, which was unexpected and kind. The house was beautifully presented with a lovely warm atmosphere and Christmas decorations. Beds were comfortable, the room……

“This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Everything was beautiful and luxurious. The location is perfect, right in the middle of all the sites, but on a very quiet street. Emmanuel went above and beyond to ensure we had everything taken care of. The breakfast was delicious. Would 120% recommend staying here.”
