Bed fantastic. Location is amazing.

We arrived late at night. The guard gate didn't have our reservation listed and couldn't get ahold of listing agent. I had to reach out to get a contact number. Can be difficult to navigate the Condo development at night initially to find building and door…and then parking spot that isn't next to condo. Once we got settled the condo is great. Fantastic kitchen amenities to cook. Sheets were so soft and smelled great. Bed fantastic. Location is amazing.

An Excellent Experience

The Cozy Condo at Ritz Point was just perfect. The location afforded us walking access to many areas of Dana Point including a mile long path to the beach. The condo was very clean and was stocked with all supplies needed. The bed was comfortable and there was excellent TV access. All in all a highly recommended stay.

Perfect location and all the amenities you could think of were included! The place was decorated beautifully, comfortable and clean. We love the area and felt at home. Neighbors were so nice too! The host was super responsive and instructions for check-in/out were clear. Thanks for a great stay! We'd love to be guests again!

Very clean, comfortable, and easy to find

I really liked this house—it was very clean, comfortable, and easy to find. The location was great and close to everything I needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and plates, which I really appreciated, and the family room felt cozy and inviting. The only downsides were that there wasn't a closet or much space to hang clothes, and the fire alarm outside went off every day for hours during my stay. The management company was responsive when I called, they did let me know that there was nothing they could do outside of the condo, and it did make it hard to enjoy the patio. Hopefully by now they have that rectified. Overall, it was a nice stay and a great home—I'd recommend it.
