Welcome to our charming 3-bed, 2-bath home in Dandridge, TN. Recently remodeled, it offers a modern aesthetic blended with rustic accents. Enjoy the open living area, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a basement game room with a ping pong table, dart board, foosball table, and giant Jenga. Perfect for a serene retreat or adventure-filled getaway.

Venturing downstairs, you'll discover the fantastic basement game room, designed to provide endless entertainment options. Challenge your family and friends to thrilling games of ping pong or test your aim with the dart board. Engage in lively foosball matches or showcase your strategic skills with the giant Jenga tower.

Located 15 mins to the nearest Douglas Lake boat launch, our home is a convenient location near the serene beauty and exciting water activities of the area. Spend your days boating, fishing, or swimming in the refreshing waters. And with the Great Smoky Mountains National Park nearby, you can immerse yourself in nature's splendor through hiking, wildlife spotting, and breathtaking vistas.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

There are several insects and small animals that are native to the area. The home and neighborhood features beautiful tall mature trees and wooded areas. You can expect to encounter one or more native insects such as: bees, ants, tree cockroaches or mosquitoes. Additionally, it’s not uncommon to see lizards, opossums, and squirrels. Although some if these may be unsightly, they are a part of the local ecosystem. We know pest control is important and we have a regular service that maintains our home to prevent/ reduce the presence of insects. Although we take extra steps to mitigate pests it’s impossible to completely avoid them, especially outdoors.

Perfect location and comfortable stay

We were in town for a week long baseball tournament. We opted for proximity to the fields vs a cabin and fighting traffic to and from. Although we weren’t tucked in the woods we still had the vacay and relaxation around games. The basement game room was great. Recommend this property for anyone looking in the area.
