「Our only complaint were the pillows on the bed, they smelled liked a wet dog. Everything else was nice and clean.」

「One night stay after a long day at the lake with my daughter. Front desk associate was beyond helpful and very courteous & polite. Room was super clean, pool room was maintained and felt great. Overall experience was 12 out of 10.」

「We had a peaceful 2 days. Staff was great. My only complaint would be the noise from the remodeling of the lodge but we knew that going in. Stayed at the woodlands, rooms were clean. Would be nice if there was a couch. Salt and pepper would also be nice in the kitchen.」

「The staff was helpful and curtious, and check-in was fast. Room was exactly as described, and access to the property and parking was easy.」

「Room was clean. Breakfast was light but good. Beds were more on the firm side. Property doesn't have much to do onsite, a fire pit and hot tub would be great additions for a little retreat. Looks like they may be adding to the property as there was the start of a pond dug out. I'd love to see more things to do onsite in the future! I would recommend a light in the parking area for late night arrivals/returns. Quiet retreat.」

「Room was in need of repair, remote to TV had tape on back piece and didnt work. had to control TV on side of TV. hole in wall from door handle, no hair dryer, coffee was available but no creamer/sugar, etc. there were cigarette burns on blanket on bed, pillows were very flimsy. It was ok to have a place to sleep but definitely in need of remodeling, etc.」

「Room was clean, hard to close tbe door when sun was shining, ac worked great. Breakfast ...none ...no hair dryer and coffemaschine in room. Tv tiny. Low toilet. Shower worked great. Staff friendly. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 day stay.」

「Right off the bat. The property was clean and presented well and the customer service was impeccable.. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The covers were warm. The air conditioner worked. The bathroom was clean and accessible. The spacing was great. I actually have no complaints about this property or my stay from the customer service to the property to the room. It was great. Highly recommend.」

「Stay was okay. Building was clean and everything worked well. Location was much further from red river gorge than expected, about 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes one way to a trail. Bed was very hard. Hot tub was nice. Overall, decent if you dont mind the sleeping conditions and the drive but for us it wasnt worth the cost 」
