“We were heading to Charleston to look at colleges and this place was right in the middle of our places we needed to visit. We really lucked out. I knew nothing of the area and it was a beautiful, quiet, perfect place six miles from Folly Beach and 15 minutes from Charleston historic area. Our host lived next door and was very personable and accommodating. It was a win-win and we had a beautiful week at Folly Beach. It was heavenly. Thank you!!”

It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. “This property was perfect for a girls trip that included 11 women. The 2 kitchens made food prep easy. 5 bathrooms were the deal maker! Front porch sitting was very nice. The property manager was very responsive. Extra offsite parking a few blocks down the street was easy to access. I would stay here again.”

“This was an unexpected gem. We arrived and there was music playing quietly, dim lighting, chocolates on the pillows, a bottle of wine, snacks. A very cozy, rustic, quaint place. Don't judge the interior by the building exterior. A perfect retreat after busy days in Charleston. The owner of this studio knows how to take care of guests! We will definitely stay here again. ”

There is lots of options to eat around the area, and it’s fairly secluded near lots of other hotels. it’s easy to find right off the highway A good central location if you are vacationing in Charleston. Having access to a full kitchen helps save money on eating out. I would recommend if your trip is 3 days”
