“Check-in process was frustrating. Parking is limited. There was trash in my room left from a previous guest. They advertise a beach shuttle but make sure if you’re not getting picked up at a specific time that you call early, they don’t always answer the phone or check their voicemail. Then when the front desk employee finally picked up the phone, she said another couple had just called and she’d pick me up next, and while I was still talking she hung up on me so I ended up just walking back. “Air conditioning not working 3/5 -upside- fun and great views, breakfast was yummy, cookies wonderful, fun happy hour with fun wine. I loved the ride/beach chairs/umbrella. Loved that the balcony was screened in to keep out the bugs. Downfall- The AC was out down stairs and all that was said was “AC is out downstairs…sorry” on a sign on the front desk. You could hear everything in the halls from your room. Room had a room air conditioner it was just ok cooling room to sleep. Over all enjoyed my……
