“The hotel is easy to find, it’s right next to Tram station (No 2 or 12) and 5 min. Walk to the train station to / from airport. The room is clean, and spacious. The coffee and tea at the lobby is free flow. Staffs are very nice and helpful. I left my scarf in the lobby last night and I managed to find it from the list & found. Definitely highly recommended! ”

“The room is clean, spacious and well-designed. We chose a room with a bathtub. The hotel is located right beside a gate of the Schonbrunn Palace. The neighborhood is a vibrant area full of shopping stores and restaurant. Overall, excellent! I would love to stay here again. ”

“Very cheap rooms. Very uncomfortable. No closets, no night stand, not a single lamp or light in the room above eye height, very dark at night. Open place to hang clothes, that's it. This is ABSOLUTELY not a 4-star hotel. The room is 2-star level. Location is very subpar also - too far from center of town. Breakfast is OK. Some in the staff are very unhelpful - our AC didn't work for a full day (it was so uncomfortable), yet they first refused to do change our room when they couldn't fix it. Only……

“The location is convenient, the room is clean and comfortable. The staff introduces me a nice and delicious Austrian restaurant, it’s a tasteful experience as my first dinner in Vienna. Hopefully visit this hotel soon.”

“This is an event hotel, as its name. Kinda far from Vienna city center, and the only place to go nearby is a shopping mall, so-called the biggest one in Europe. However, it is close around 19:00 in general, and not open on Sunday. The hotel is kind of old and needs to be re-newed, while its frequent events making the maintenance kind of difficult. Business in this hotel is ok, but not romantic trip.”

“超級推薦，像個新落成的社區，門口就是62號tram站牌36分鐘直達市中心。房間非常乾淨，非常好睡。 比我上次花3倍價格訂的維也納市區舊飯店好太多，早餐要付費，但值得，餐點品項不算特別多但都很新鮮美味，氣氛是有很多帶小小孩的家庭，也有小孩遊戲區，到機場uber 約35歐元，到市區taxi 約25歐元。前一站好像有一些餐廳和超市，但我沒去。房內無烹煮，但有附全套餐具，也有舒適沙發區可用餐，超棒！會想再回來住。”
