“A short walk to the beach, stores, & restaraunts. The room was comfortable with remotes for the two ceiling fans and AC/Heat. Common area upstairs has plenty of seating to gather with freinds and a commercial ice machine....bonus! Electric grills on the raised deck which looks to the beach. Owners extremely communicative and aswered all questions in a timely manner. WiFi was strong and consistent. We will be back! ”

“We have been coming to Hatteras Village for 30 years. For the past 16 we have been staying at Durant Station. We love the location. This year we booked a last minute vacation in this 2 br/2ba top floor condo. It was perfect!! The photos do not do it justice. We loved everything about it. The decor was gorgeous, kitchen full equipped, comfortabel furniture. So clean. and the communication with the owner was seemless. We plan to add this condo to one of our favorites and will stay here again. ”

It is beautifully updated, clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. It is just a short walk to the marina and Bluewater Grill. It is right next to the huge pool, clubhouse and tennis courts. The owner is super responsive and very much concerned with making sure you have an enjoyable stay. I cant recommend it enough. 10/10”

The 2nd bedroom ran really warm so we used a fan in the hall to push cool air in. The steps were a lot durning this recent heat wave. Beautiful views of the ocean. ”
