We did not get the room with a spa we booked instead we had a disability’s room with no spa. When you turned on the heat pump it had a stick like cigarettes. I rate this as poor and I would hope there is some compensation for what room we ended up with on Expedia as it was nothing like what we booked.

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the Hobson. The rooms are a little outdated but everything you need is there. The area around the pool is nice. There is laundry on site which was convenient for me. It’s close enough to the shops that you can easily walk downtown. The staff are excellent; friendly & helpful.

Dingy and felt unsecured
Wouldn’t go back. The place looked clean but didn’t feel like it. The reception was nice enough to accommodate an early check in for a short notice which was really helpful. The locks didn’t make us feel secured. Can easily be broken in. Pool was dirty. The location was perfect though. We decided to cut our trip short.

We were delayed on our flight so arrived at the hotel shortly after they were supposed to close. We were pleasantly surprised to find the office still open and they were waiting for us to make sure we could access our room and had a place to stay that night! Excellent customer service!

Perfect place to stop in on way home the only thing that would make this unit better would be not having the bed right under lounge tv and to install air conditioning in the units as the floor fans were loud

Staff were very friendly. Harry on reception was so helpful and friendly and made you feel very welcome. Bed was so comfortable and the unit was very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay there again.
