Our stay is incredible great because of the kind of service and amenities the Avida has to offer. It’s pretty much cost effective, perfectly accessible to ATM’s, major banks, Roxas’ Night Market and to their awesome city hall with amazing local people around. We will definitely come back to this place.

Unhappy with communication.

I booked at this property for my family who just got in married in Cotabato, then travelled to see a family in Bukidnon before flying back to New Zealand. However, they were not able to use the accommodation because the cellphone number given is unreachable. Because of time difference, I only got the messages of my family the following day telling me that they were unable to contact the owner. I sent a message if I can get a refund and give the money to the newly wed as my gift, but I haven’t heard any reply from the hosts. I feel gutted and wasted my money. Unit number was not clearly mentioned. Pls help me get a refund at least. Thank you
