“We spent the weekend in the Quad Cities for our anniversary and hit several tourist spots. This place was a nice location in a small town but still close to everything. It was peaceful and the building is so cool! We can't wait to go back and hit all the cool spots we saw like Millwork Coffee and the Rust Belt area.”

“We were in the QC to meet many friends for a COL. We had not seen some for years. We went toe Farmers Market across the street found some friends there as well. Walked to a little tavern Mac’s Tap we used to go to and that was great. Good food & atmosphere.”

“This place is a cute studio apartment located right downtown, along the river. It’s right across the street from the Freight House which offers the awesome indoor farmers market on weekends. There is a nice walking path along the river. There’s the awesome baseball stadium across the street with minor league games and is home to St Ambrose baseball. Also remember the train runs along the river very frequently. And this train has a very loud and long blowing whistle. Even with the windows and……

“This is a really fun location! My boyfriend and I were in town for a couple nights and this was a great place for us. I loved the views of the Mississippi. We hung out and enjoyed the penthouse, played games, watched a movie, had a zoom meeting, made dinner… I was concerned about parking based on reviews I read, but there are 4 spots for the building off the alley and we didn’t have a problem getting a spot any of the times we left and returned. I caution light sleepers, you hear traffic and……

“This is our 4th time staying here. The house is very clean and very spacious for our family. We just loved seeing the sunset every night and the view of the river is so beautiful. We loved our time here. The house always smells so good. The host is great to work with and always very responsive when needed. It is close to every place we had to go in Davenport. We would definitely recommend staying here.”
