「Despite receiving emails for no smoking of any kind in the unit, upon check in there was an overwhelming scent of cigarettes and some sort of chemical agent to try and mask the scent. 「When our other reservation cancelled our NYE reservation on the 30th, we were panicked. We needed accommodations for 9 adults and 2 infants in under 24 hours notice on a major holiday.
