“This was a 1-night stop over for us, on the way to Florida. Unfortunately, we only had saltwater poles, or we would have loved to try our luck at fishing the lake. Fish were popping the water everywhere. We really enjoyed watching the gators cruising the lake as well! 1st for us. This was just a simple, no frills campground, but would love to ho back one day. Lodge was clean, and enjoyed sitting on the quiet back deck.”

“Property was comfortable and clean. Had to provide your own bedding. Wonderful time fishing from the nearby dock. Shared bathroom facilities were at times dirty. Definitely needed shower shoes. If you're looking for luxury this is not the place for you.”

“The stay was amazing as always. The owners and staff are exceptional. They make you feel at home from the moment you check in. They are very responsive and care about all of the guests. "The front desk just give me a room without cleaning. The tip from last customer still there and the stuff on the bed is in a mess. Garbage can is full. They change a new one for me and definitely delayed my time for sleeping since I had driven for 8 hours from New York there to have a good rest and then to start keeping driving to Florida next morning. By the way, it says $16 for the breakfast on EXPEDIA but they charge me $30 for the breakfast at the front desk later. Everything is in disorder."
