“We stayed at the peaceful Keowee Chalet the last week of 2025 to include New Years. This is the perfect place for disconnecting and spending quality time to relax, unwind with your spouse. We spent most of our time at the Chalet, but we did dine at a couple local restaurants: Taco Riendo and Casa Lago Pizzeria in Six Mile. We also ventured to Walhalla to see Stumphouse Tunnel, Issaqueena Falls, and had lunch at The Garage in Walhalla. Meghan is a wonderful property manager and was very helpful.……

“The manager met us and gave us a tour. All is as advertised. The cabin is well done and comfortable. My wife and I were down for three days of fishing at Winyah Bay and Bulls Bay. The house is less than 3 miles from the South Island Ferry boat ramp for Winyah Bay and about 30 minutes from the Buck Hall ramp for Bulls Bay. The property is large and has plenty of room for my 20' bay boat. The shed roof cover on the side has great lighting and is very nice for keeping the boat and gear out of the……

“Very welcoming, always responsive. We had a wonderful stay here. The peaceful woods, the sound of the creek, and the winding mountain roads made this a truly special getaway. Something nice about going outdoors early morning and not hearing anything but critters. We loved watching the wildlife and just slowing down for a few days. It was exactly what we needed.”

“Well… we decided on “The Bass House” to be our home (away from home) to gather our adult “children” to celebrate a Clemson football weekend.Well… what a weekend of memories did we create!!The cabin style home is perfectly perched on a hill overlooking Lake Keowee in the gated community of Knots Landing.Plenty of space to enjoy… 3 floors including a fully stocked kitchen for the few meals that we prepared … multiple decks … a game room and fire pit on the lower level All this before you travel……

“Casey was attentive, she welcomed us and thanked us for staying. Fortunately, we had no issue for her to assist because the accommodations were well prepped, clean and everything expected was there. She even went above and beyond by leaving us some fresh bagels with homemade jam and a parting gift. We especially enjoyed the peaceful environment, the scavenger hunt and the wildlife in the yard. I highly recommend this property and hope to have the opportunity to return. ”
