「Was very disappointed at being charged extra to park the car because we booked through Hotels.com. Only received a refund when we complained and pointed out that had I come and just bought a coffee I would have been eligible for free parking as I would have been considered to be a customer. But not considered to be a customer when staying overnight. 」

「The Hotel is lovely and old, very warm and very clean. The pool was amazing, soo clean and never busy. The best thing about this Hotel though, is the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Loved Jo in the restaurant and can’t wait to come back. 」

「The room was adequate, needed to open a window, could only open ensuite toilet window, room was a bit stuffy. 」

「Classic old school hotel, presentable but decor from a different era. Very clean. Gardens are stunning. Good location for seafront - about a 5 min walk. Good facilities. Very limited food options, but that might be because we stayed in March. We were very grateful for the room upgrade that we received - they didn't have to do that. 」
