Definitely will be back. Loved watching the sunset on the lounger at the catwalk/ upper patio area. Walking distance to Crabby Joes restaurant (which was awesome as well) and 7/11. Super close to dollar stores, Walmart, liquor store and of course directly on the beach with access. 🙌

The hotel is older, but very nice. Great value. The Sand Castle was clean, right on the beach, and it had a very nice pool. The staff was nice and check-in/check-out was quick with no hassle. The property is close to shopping and restaurants. It is family oriented. If you are looking for a clean, no fuss place to stay on the beach, I would recommend The Sand Castle.

Been coming here for over 40 years. The new owners and managers put a real charm on it. The creativity in the different rooms all the way down to the motif throughout the entire property. Very nicely done!!

This was my second time staying at this reasonably priced beach front motel. My room was clean and spacious with a kitchenette, efficient air conditioning, comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. Although somewhat dated the motel is well maintained and managed. The motel staff are all courteous and professional. There were plenty of onsite parking spaces available for guests. The pool area was well maintained. I enjoyed my stays here and would definitely stay again when in the Daytona Beach area.
