Beach was viewable out a small portion of the window. Room was clean and bug free.. had dishes with 1 (burner) hot plate and the small refrigerator needs replaced, doesnt keep food or drinks cold. Needs to stock with more toiletries for a week for 4 people. Overall very nice and owners was pleasant to text with..

Absolutely horrible

This place is terrible! Whole property is dirty and outdated. No employee at all on premises our whole stay. Have to pay to park but when you arrive there is no employee so another guest told us you have to go on the computer to get your parking pass otherwise your car will be towed! It's very dark place inside and out. Our room had the bathroom light and 1 lamp so when you enter your room it's dark and can't turn the lamp on until your way in your room. The pictures that where online where not at all the hotel or whatever you want to call it so very deceiving. Had dead bugs in our bathroom and outside the building there was a dead rat right next to the building! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here. I sent them a message the day we arrived and never received a response!

You have to pay a $10 resort parking fee which is not listed on the info at booking. You have to walk behind yhe desk to the computer and type your vehicle info , pay for it and print it. Elevator is sketchy. Anyone can enter this building. Building is rundown,a/c did not work in our room and there was absolutely no one to tell. . Remote for tv needed batteries and we had to purchase them......why? Because there was no one to tell that dealt with pur room. Just a bad experience and I do not recommend

This place was so terrible, we left. Stayed in a hotel! Major loss!! The hallway was filthy. Carpet dirty. A huge hole was on the outside of the room. Inside, it looked like they hadn’t completed painting job. Building/Hall felt unsafe. Lights were out!! Very dark!! Seedy property! We were also told we wouldn’t be charged the entire amount when booking but was charged total amount immediately!! We weren’t able to reach anyone!! PLEASE don’t book this property!!!

No staff on site to assist with concerns. People live in units on property, making it a residence rather than a motel type environment. Additionally there were many, many cockroaches in room and bathroom.

Let me start off by saying i booked for the book now pay later they charge me a large portion 2 days after I booked and said Expedia said they can charge a deposit …then I was told I’ll be charged 24 hours before the check in for the resort fee I was charged 3 days before and it was way more then the amount I agreed on they for cleaning and taxes which I had already been charged taxes but what really happen once I got there I was in a One king and sofa instead of the 2 Queen beds I book and the host response was they upgraded me they have no other rooms , I was not asked if I wanted to be upgraded that room was nasty had roaches , some dead in the bathroom, the sofa bed had no cover or blankets . The hallway is NASTY and DIRTY !! This is not like the pics at alll !! The host said I can leave to get a refund I didn’t get there late night they only texted the whole time didn’t answer not once . This whole property needs to be renovated
