「Everything was great. The only problem I had was the pool was dirty and the room smelled musty. I had to leave the door open for an half an hour.」

「I must start by saying that Emily was amazing. Her bubbly personality mixed with a true care for our experience was top notch! She went above and beyond to make sure our issues were addressed and that our stay was pleasant. Simone on the other hand should not be in hospitality. She sat on her phone while Emily did all the work. When I came back to talk about the room being right by the mechanical room (loud) and there being a big dog on the floor, she showed no care at all. 「The room was nicely decorated and nice quality. The View was great of the Ocean. The inside of room was very clean but dirty from AC. Was a dirt film on paper towels as very old. The kitchen was dirty with greasy film on stove coffee pot was very dirty of old coffee and water stain, fridge was not clean. Front desk told me the beds were very comfy, well The mattress was so close to the floor hard to get in it or out! was like you forgot to put the legs or frame under it, never saw this ! This...
