“Property is located in a really nice new subdivision developed behind an older one. Location is closer to TWU but just minutes from UNT. Location is awesome to take advantage of night life at trendy, family friendly Denton Downtown Square Home has great layout and is equipped to make your stay comfortable. Coffee bar fully stocked, plenty of towels, the beds and pillows were really comfortable and ladies, a full sized blow dryer provided-Yes!! ;-) Check in nice and easy. Access to garage door……

“The house was beautiful. Nice and clean. Quiet neighborhood. The only issue was trying to contact the owner to get check-in information. I had tried private messaging him on the app a couple days before check with no response. I contacted VRBO and they gave me his private number. I texted him and received a polite and thorough response rather quickly. Overall, it was a great stay, just the one little hiccup concerning check-in info”

We cancelled our plans to go to an eclipse gala because we could sit outside by the pool with a pitcher of drinks, without a crowed, and watch the eclipse. Later, we had space to play fetch with the dogs. I would stay at the property again.”

“We stayed her for the weekend to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday with a group of friends, and it was the perfect location for a group of active young adults. We played plenty of pickle ball and volleyball (there is a volleyball net not pictured that can easily be installed). The house itself was spotless, cozy, and the owner has truly thought of everything with regards to making guests comfortable. Will definitely plan another weekend trip here at some point!”

“Very cute, clean place! Hosts were very friendly and the house was very well stocked! Loved the attention to detail and that they provided things like cotton rounds in the bathroom and seasonings in the kitchen! It’s little things like that, that make staying in a vacation rental comfortable and convenient! We appreciated them providing a pack’n’play for the baby and it was set up for us upon arrival. “House was very, very nice!! Had ample amount of beds and extra pillows and bedding. Kitchen was perfectly set up for cooking and eating. This place was perfectly located to Fort worth stockyards, Buccee's, shopping and fast food, walmart! Perfect location and close to everything!”

“This was a nice home for what we needed. Wonder if new to the Vrbo business? Would like to add the following suggestions that would have made things nicer. Instructions for the keyless entry system would have helped. Had the code, but with no instructions got us guessing for leaving and locking as well. Luckily the neighbor provided help. Outdoor front lights were not good. Barely lighted the entryway/driveway. Poor bulbs? No garage door opener added to inconvenience. Back yard, without any……

“Property was great. We spent all our free time in the pool and hot-tub and didn't get to play the games but if we'd stayed a few more days, we would have gotten around to it for sure. Everything in the house worked great and there were no issues whatsoever. Every room had a TV (very nice). Got to see the cattle drive in the FW stockyards (go on a weekday unless you love huge crowds!), saw Dealey Plaza and the Dallas aquarium (I loved it, the wife not so much).
