「We stayed here during a 'polar vortex' The unit was warm, even when the temperature dropped to -16. the fireplace didn't tun on initially (electronic control). Natalie was very responsive. She arranged for a neighbor to drop off batteries for the control. We were able to enjoy the fireplace, along with a view of the surrounding area.」

I had to make a few changes to our stay and the property owner replied quickly and made everything so easy. We were even just a few minutes' walk to the lake path entrance for a nice hike partway around the lake. Our suite was cozy with an actual full bar (minus the liquor) in the room. 「This was a perfect spot to stay for two reasons. It is conveniently located just off Highway 50 between Lake Geneva and Williams Bay. Plus, it is right next door to The Ridge, where you can buy a day pass to use their saltwater pools, hot tubs, sauna and steam room. Heavenly!」
