「We had such a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location is absolutely perfect — just one block from the beach, which made it super easy to walk back and forth throughout the day. It was so nice not having to worry about parking or lugging beach gear too far.The house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were wonderful — super helpful, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. We had such a memorable trip and can’t wait to come back...

「Our family of 5 and our dog stayed at the cottage the week of July 4th and had an amazing time. The beach is a natural beach so the sand isn't as clean, however we found that meant a lot more shells to collect! We have stayed in DE at various rentals and this was one of our favorites. The kitchen was well stocked and we didn't have to worry about having seasonings or the right cookware because it was all there for us. The location is amazing and we really enjoyed being able to run back and forth...

「Nancy’s cottage is so charming and has such a warm, comfy feel to it. The beds and couch/love seat were all so comfortable and can’t beat the location, steps to the beach and to restaurants/shops in Dewey. My favorite restaurant, Woody’s (best crab cakes ever!) at end of street. The cottage has so many nice touches including a wall magnifying mirror in bathroom for my aging eyes! Communication w/Nancy excellent and great instructions in house on how to operate everything from TV to lights &...

「The beach is so close and the cottage is wonderful. Love the charm and having everybody on one level. Kitchen had everything we needed. Appreciated having a washer and dryer. Liked that there is an outdoor shower for coming back sandy from the beach. Such a wonderful place to get away with people who are near and dear to enjoy the beach. 」
