「I hope the soundproofing can be improved.」

「Very large, fancy and tidy room. Poor elevator and a lot of people hang out in the lobby without wearing face mask.」

「It was fairly clean even though they were doing renovations at the end of our hallway. Only downside is the elevator and ice machine was far from our room. We had a nice balcony in the courtyard but it only had one chair and no table unlike the other rooms. But Russell at the front desk was super helpful and had great customer service. Unfortunately, we didn’t know of any breakfast options by the hotel in the mornings.」

「Wonderful stay but confused about handicap options. Thought I booked a handicap room … no grab bars in bathroom or shower.」
