“If you are looking for just beach and no crowds this is the place!!! No fuss with parking and just a walk across the road for the beach:) Plus a designated crosswalk with lights. If you don’t want beach there’s a wading pool to hang out just steps from the door. Garage well equipped with beach wagons, chairs and toys. With a kayak & canoe available to go paddle 100feet from door. Couple of bikes. Or you can go hiking just a mile away at Fresh Pond. Nice shaded trails for the dog. Watch out for……

“We stayed in this property for a bachelorette weekend with 9 women. It was in a great, quiet location with a grocery store down the road and a short trove to Bethany beach. There was plenty of parking and the garage was very convenient. The house met all our needs and was able to accommodate everyone. The only inconveniences we had to work around was having a dining table for only 5 people and using the extra mattress on the floor. “The amenities in the Penisula are great!!! From the indoor complex to the outdoor complex there is something to do for all ages, year round. The gates community adds an extra layer of security … but the reality is, the neighborhood is so incredibly safe and quiet it’s just another bonus, not a requirement. Our hosts were very communicative, informative, kind and helpful. We ran into a slight issue with check in but they VERY quickly resolved it. And I’m sure it won’t happen for others in the……

“The house was beautiful and so well equipped. The only minor suggestion I have would be to update instructions cards about parking. The laminated instructions stated that extra cars should’ve parked on culdesac but later learned that we needed to park on guest parking by mailboxes. Other than that minor confusion everything was great. The house is comfortable, decorated nicely, conveniently located and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely rent again. ”
