“we had an awesome experience at this location, it was equipped with everything too beach chair, lots of pots to use, plenty of plates, even seasoning for the food. we loved the decoration of the house. we had do much fun at this place, Thank you so much for providing a nice experience for us!”

“We had a great stay at the Peninsula. We have stayed there several times in the past and found the property to be as advertised. The house was beautiful and perfect for the needs of our party, which included two different families. ”

“Home was as pictured. The screened in porch was a plus. The additional upstairs space for TV and quiet time was used often. I did not appreciate having to wash all bedding and towels the morning of departure which is why we left a day early.”

“Quite possibly the nicest vacation home I've seen in nearly 72 years of vacationing. They absolutely spared no expense in adorning the home with appliances, furnishings and wall decorations. Clearly, the most well-appointed vacation home -- having everything that anyone could possibly need. We literally wanted for nothing. Ther were all of the appliances we needed, to include washer, dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, etc. Also, dishes, silverware, bowls, pots, pans, etc. ……

“The perfect beach house for your family vacation awaits. Leave your troubles at the door and leave your worries behind, this house has everything you need. You are close to the beach and wonderful restaurants. Our family has stayed here for several years now, and the owner is excellent with communication and it is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Cannot wait to go back again next year. ”
