“If I could give this property 10 stars, I would ! It was clean, beautifully appointed and decorated, well-stocked with everything we could possibly need (kitchen utensils, firewood, water, toiletries) and the beds were ultra-comfy. The setting was awesome--very private, yet only an easy 5-10 minute drive from town. Kathy and Scott were attentive and available if needed (they weren't needed), but not intrusive or "annoying" in any way. We have actually not yet met them in person, though we would……

“Our whole family stayed here for Thanksgiving and had the best time! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed to feel completely at home. All 11 of us had plenty of space and the loft/game room was a hit with the kids. The hosts were very flexible, quick to answer any questions we had, and even let us back in the house when we realized we had forgotten something there. “The log house was spacious and comfortable for our family. Plenty of windows offering natural light and lovely views. The kitchen was clean and there were plenty of pots, pans, serving ware,… to stay in and cook. We did not use the hot tub during our stay as the weather was exceptionally warm for March. Since the ski area closed early due to the warm temperatures, we drove into Grand Junction every day to recreate. The drive is roughly an hour each way. We had a great time!”

“My husband and I love the old west era so we were thrilled to have stayed in this cool stagecoach cabin. We were only there for one night, but we had everything we needed. There were plenty of blankets and a propane heater that came in handy since the temperature dropped into the 40s. The motion censored, solar power lights were great since this cabin is off the grid and the bathroom is in the outhouse.
