「place was great, place was a bit cold for winter but thats the only complaint 」

「Traveled from out of town for a wedding. This was the perfect accommodation for what we needed for a us as a couple plus an adult family member. Very good communications, all by text. Easy to find with everything needed for those who don’t want the “hotel experience”. Very well appointed, decorated and stocked.」

「Quite little apartment with enough room for two. Wish the curtains were blackout as the early morning sun was super bright. Otherwise it was a great spot close to the college. 」

「Repeated visit for us. Host lives on property and waved hello, made visible his accessibility if we needed anything.Unit is indeed fully furnished. Setting is excellent, adjacent to park/bike path, and backs to the river.」

「Wonderful unique stay away from everyone. If you want a different experience, this is it. Wonderful deck on the outside to sit and look at the stars. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. 」

「Spent New Years Eve here with a few other family members. The venue for the NYE Party was an excellent restaurant downstairs from the apartment. It was spacious, clean with comfy king size beds in 2 of the bedrooms and new appliances. I can't say much about bunk beds. We've chosen this location twice now and enjoyed it both times. I would highly recommend! 」

「Property as described. Nice and cozy place. Perfect for two adults and our dog. Easy location to head out to the Colorado National Monument and Grand Mesa. Nice privacy too. Bathroom was nicely updated and clean. Great space for our dog to walk around outside. Only hiccup during the stay was the hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived, but the host was quick to let us know they were already fixing the situation. It was usable by the next day. 」
