“Certainly enjoyed this well-equipped property! It had all the comforts of home in an exceptionally quiet and rural setting that is close to both Fruita and Grand Junction. The owners were very welcoming and friendly! Great stay! Recommend highly!”

“Our trip did not disappoint! You should feel pampered on vacation and we did! So many special touches makes Tom’s place a perfect retreat. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need including spices and anything ends you need to cook including a private outside porch with grill. The local candies were amazing. Lots of coffee options so if you have a short stay, there is no need to run to the grocery store. Baskets of snacks and supplies to make muffins were so helpful to avoid the hangry……
