「The only reason, but a huge one, for the lower rating is the furniture. None of the sitting spaces were comfortable. The sofa was so small and hard and the 2 side chairs were so uncomfortable. 「Condo was centrally located in a nice complex. Communication through VRBO with the host was a struggle, especially the day of arrival. There were some issues with cleanliness in certain areas (bedding, pillows, counter tops/stove top). When reported to the host, she deducted the cleaning fee.」

「directions to how to get to the property we’re confusing could’ve been done much easier. Passcodes access codes, Internet, codes, pool, codes, etc. should be visible present in the condo laminated so a simple photo can be taken and easily accessed and not have to go back through text messages from the owner every time you need a code that was very cumbersome. Kitchen did not even have salt or pepper have to bring all your own minimal kitchen supplies otherwise complexes just average. It is not...

Only one roll of toilet paper… and it was not a full roll.
The elevator was out of order on the day of check out. It was awful trying to get all my things down several flights of stairs… several times up and down. How was I alerted to the elevator situation? A hand written sign on printer paper taped to the elevator...

「Overall, it was a good experience. There were a few things in the room that needed some maintenance, and had that maintenance been done, it would have improved the experience.
I thought it was a little tacky that they charge a resort fee per day, but it doesn't give you access to anything unique that other hotels already offer without charging a resort fee. And I was a little offended that I was expected to remove my trash out of my room when I checked out.」

「This house has a nice layout for sharing with multiple families. Billiards room and pool provide great entertainment and the private beach is at the end of the block. The only real issue we had was the pool wasn’t ready for use when we arrived. Levels were off and it hadn’t been cleaned. Management took care of it after we notified them. We lost a couple days of pool time though. Supplies are skimpy for the price of the house. They only left us with one garbage bag and no additional paper towels...
