Great location. Right on the beach with free sunbeds. 100metres from icon shopping centre. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful gardens. Rooms are getting dated. Mould in the shower. Average buffett breakfast

Our room was a budget price as we only stayed 2 nights. Therefore we got what we paid for. Our bedside lamp did not work (there was only one) and Power Point's were sparse with one almost at the ceiling near the shower. However the staff made up for the room and we will stay again but in one of the singular bungalows.

Outstanding location and price, but our bathroom toilet didn’t flush well and the shower curtain didn’t go all the way to the floor, so showers got water everywhere. The staff was amazing though and the beach and pool were very nice.

Would highly recommend The Respati, spotlessly clean, perfect location amongst plenty of restaurants, also great food onsite. 1 minute walk from Icon. Staff were very helpful, respectful and friendly. Amazing gardens and all this beachfront with your own sun lounges. Bed and pillows are fairly comfortable for Bali. Would 100% stay here again.

The Deluxe room we booked was misrepresented. Instead of glass doors and windows looking out over a private garden it had a no windows and the door looked over the main driveway. The bathroom was disgustingly! The bath was very badly stained, tiles were coming off, grout was black. We were unable to change room so we booked another hotel and moved out after only 2 nights. We had paid for7. Shocking!!
