Dogs are welcome with approval: 1 quiet, well-behaved dog, $100 pet fee. Please message with breed, age, and any helpful details before booking. The next-door neighbor is sensitive to barking, so this home is best for calm, quiet dogs.

ACCESSIBILITY AND STAIRS

This is a ranch home with a basement.

All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, office, and living room are on the main level with no interior stairs between them. The laundry room and family room are downstairs in the basement, about 12 stairs down.

From the street, there are nine total stairs up to the front path and porch. There is one step from the porch into the living room. From the detached garage, there are two steps down to the backyard and one step up into the kitchen.

COOLING NOTE

Please note that this home has a whole-home swamp cooler, not traditional air conditioning. It works well in Colorado’s dry climate and is more energy efficient than standard AC.
