This home features 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. There is a total of 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and a twin over twin bunk bed. Please note that the lower level apartment is rented separately

If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
•There is no washer/dryer in this unit
•While you will have access to a thermostat to adjust the temperature, the upper and lower apartments are on the same zone, so be please be mindful of the guests in the other unit.
•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
