LINCOLN BEACH is centrally located 10 mi S. of Lincoln City and 3 mi. N of Depoe Bay. Our home is located off the end of a quiet cul de sac facing the ocean with no traffic and safe for kids to play. The upper Main level 2200 sq feet. Which gives a great expansive. The lower level is unfinished/not available at this time. We have a birds eye view of whales, crabbing whake watch boats. Watch for the whale watching boats. Binoculars available for your use. This is a quiet stretch of coastline to explore, and is an excellent choice for watching winter storms. We have a few whales that live full time in Depoe Bay. Surfing , fishing and whale watching, kayak tours. Depoe Bay is known as the whale watching capital of the world and smallest navigational harbor. Fogarty Creek State Park and day use area 5 min. Fishing rock state park a must to explore. Also close by is D River in Lincoln city. the worlds shortest river and D lake. Which also has water activities available. We have lots of activity brochures ( in kitchen drawer.) available for planning your activities. Downtown Depoe Bay is a tiny beach town known for having the smallest navigable harbor in the world and home to the Coast guard. Storms bring large sprays of water onto the hiway. Fishing rock state park is a 5 min drive. Depoe Bay offers multiple fishing charters and whale watching excursions. We have 2 lg decks. All bedrooms have lg closets. 2 lounge chairs w cushions ( stored in primary bedroom closet) TVs in 2 bedrooms. Pack n Play and high chair is available for infants. Cardtable, 2 leather sofas, swivel rocking chair and 1 recliner for plenty of seating. dining table can seat 8. small kitchen table in nook seats 2 plus seating for 2 at bar counter. footstool that convert to a tray .Protected partially covered deck w lights and bbq. Private beach access trail off the north side of driveway( please keep the chain closed after you) which connects to a public trail . This path involves some minor physical ability. Primary Bedroom w ocean view and attached 3 piece bath. Sliding patio door w screen onto a deck with 2 lounges. Air conditioning . Bedrooms have emergency fire escape ladders. washer and dryer. Foosball table, corn hole. . The large covered deck also has 2 picnic tables /chairs.. No handicapped /senior accessibility to beach.
